with the GT you'll be close and with the GTX or GTS, which ever one you are refering to, you'll be cutting it even closer. I'd say that you best off with a GT over a 320mb GTS because it draws less power and preforms better than the 320 GTS. If you were refering to a GTX they don't come in 320mb flavor and it'll be a really close to maxing your system especially if your PSU is more than a year or two old (as the caps in your PSU age they are not as able to produce power like they were when they were new) Also pay attention to the little spec sheet on the side of your PSU you may not have the 110watts that the GTX demands from the PSU. I'm not exactly an expert on the PSU or power supplies but i've asked a similar question before.

If you do a search for "power supply calculator" you can plug in all your system specs and it will give you the minimum PSU requirements I'd say go with something 100 or more watts than what it gives you. If you plan to keep it through upgrades then tack on another 100 or more watts. If you decide you need a new PSU just about everyone swears by PC&C 750 and somewhere abouts i saw a sale on them.

One final thing is that some processors actually hamper the speed of 8800 series GPU's I don't think you'll notice much of a bottleneck if you are upgrading from something 2-3 generations old. Don't be discouraged if you are wanting to buy a 8800 they are nothing but good. That is just about everything useful i know about the 8800 series hope that helps.

That PSU will be fine. You could probably run two GT cards in SLI on it although you'd be pushing things a bit. Just make sure you don't overload any one 12v rail. The 8800GT doesn't draw as much power as the GTS or GTX, is faster than the GTS (it's nearly as fast as a GTX!) and much cheaper than a GTS. Really, there is no reason to get the GTS any longer and a GTX isn't worth the extra money for the performance it gives over the GT (I'm a GTX owner BTW). The GT really is a killer card, the hard part is getting one as they sell out within minutes.
