Hey All-
Ok we made it through the hard stuff with 19 rigs. Not sure what happened to Dyne as I have not heard from him but all in all we fared better than most of the Forums. Well done guys and thanks for getting your scores and stuff in and weathering the storm.

Now that we are formally in the War, things have changed, they are actually much easier for all of us. No more real deadlines etc. We have also split up into teams. The A Team will compete against the other A Teams and B-D will compete against all other B-D teams.

We also have Team Leads now and I just wanted to explain their roles to all of you. I decided on Team Leads so I could have one point of contact for each team that would be a conduit for passing info back and forth. The requirements I came up with did not include the fas-*test*-('") rig or best overclocker but a guy I am in frequent communication with anyways.

Nearly all of your Team Leads have in the past, and do now, communicate daily with me regardless of the FW's or not and were an obvious choice for me. I hope there wasn't any hard feelings regarding the picking of Team Leads and if so then have them for me, not the leads. I pretty much "volunteered" them so there wasn't much choice on their parts.

The Team Leads should now be your main line of communication. Questions, bitches, problems, all of those things should go through them. Going the other way, I will mostly communicate through them to you all as of now.

Bottomline is that I'll be stepping back and getting out of the picture a bit. Day to day stuff, spanking layabouts, chasing down errors on the data base, etc. will now be on the Team Leads heads. If there is a larger issue regarding some rule infraction or system change then go to your Team Lead and he will go to me. I'll take the heat and do battle with Rat. I'd rather you all stay on good terms with the slug. Let'em hate me.

That's it Mates. The hard part is over, the fun part has just begun and we are getting healthy again parts-wise as guys get their RMA's back. I really really want to kick the Pits ass so please tweak your PC's to the max. HDD Tweak is still an issue and we are talking about it so feel free to voice your opinion. No good answer to that one, unfortunately.
