Seems as Nov is still the release date. I'm sure it should be a killer card, but being the first PCI 2.0 along with the new connectors and such, I wonder if it would be best to sit this "upgade" out and wait untill the one after this.

Based on that article, I think I'll keep my 8800 GTXs for the forseeable future. My 1kw unit shipped with the 8-pin adapters, so I'm safe for the next round of cards.
