I'm getting back into this tomorrow. TD Bertie will be rolling through so I can take a break from yard work and make my Benching OS load. I'll download RyanVMs la-*test*-('") package tonight, do up the OS CD and load it on my External SATA drive (it's hooked directly to the SATA ports). Maybe I can squeeze a little more out of this thing. biggrin.gif

Its very inspirational this 1M challenge... I had myself down to the local BOC gas and gear outlet the other day and priced some dry ice.... only a few $$... Now to find some copper pipe.. Still toying with the idea.. dont want to bork anything.

Like Xtreme Forums, we will have to set up an extreme forum devoted to . . . ummm . . . the more creative cooling solutions. wink.gif

Oompf ... my baseball team loses on a walk-off homer and news of Wanna's topping me by .031s - both come in at the same time.

I get another at-bat versus Wanna ...

A dewar is the receptacle that holds the liquid Nitrogen... But I've calmed down a bit now... Haven't even had time to put my new 1kw Enermax Galaxy in the case yet... Have to work to be able to pay for all these new technological extravagances smile.gif

Doing well in the pi wanna...How many volts thru that poor little Intel now?
Mine only goes to 1.7... sad.gif

WannaGoFast- 06-04-2007
That was 1.7v.....just about outta gas I think.
We'll see if I can get any higher once my new
paste settles on the CPU and GPU from rebuilding it.

Sorry Merc.... Played around with the RAM timings, especially the subtimings. Definitely some more gains to come. (I love this board:D ) The Master of Air strikes again, now I need some H2O.. Its just an experiment with timings for now, haven't disabled any processes or stuffed around with Affinity or Priority settings for now (Have my doubts whether they will work with Intel) No MaxMem tweak either.
