How do I enter Windows safe mode with this board? F8 during boot up doesn't do it. Also, I have a few other programs (a defragger and a few others) that make changes "during next reboot" but every time I restart Windows just loads. None of the programs kick in before the Welcome screen. I've looked through the BIOS settings but I can't find an option to change this. What am I missing?

u have to hit f8 after the screen that shows your memory and drives, which is before the welcome screen.

I've had problems in the past with the board not picking up my USB keyboard during boot. You may want to plug a PS2 keyboard in and try the F8 thing. Also, make sure you have Legacy USB disabled in BIOS. Make sure you have the la-*test*-('") BIOS and chipset drivers installed as well. I liked 1303 BIOS on that board.
