I'm more worried about your DDR3 than that chip LOL... DDR3 runs hotter so maybe some active cooling on them isnt such a bad idea.. especially around 2.0v.. Thinking about getting some active cooling when i get my DDR3 too...

I agree Pual. As you can see in my pics I have an 80mm fan blowing right on top of those two gems. They are not warm to the tough at all.
